We are happy to ship anywhere in the United States. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process and package your order and an additional 4-7 business days for transit.

Return Policy

Returned items must have original tags attached and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

30 Days to Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from purchase date and receive a full refund.

To return a damaged item please contact us by phone at 979-297-9927 or email dsamford@sbcglobal.net. for approval. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 15 business days from date of delivery.

Returns and Exchange

Returned item must be packaged in appropriate packaging along with your invoice or receipt. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Carriage Gifts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
